Put it into a dish, add olive oil and serve. This hummus is the traditional tahini hummus – which cannot be substituted. However, if you do not appreciate tahini then you may omit it. It can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for up to one month.
Gazpacho
Gazpacho is an easy, quick-to-make cold soup that is rich in vitamins and enzymes. Since there is no cooking involved, all the flavor and goodness that is available in raw vegetables is preserved. You can eat more of this soup than regular soups because there is no oil required

2 cups tomato juice, preferably freshly juiced 1/2 small cucumber, peeled and chopped 1 tomato, chopped and 1/2 green pepper, chopped.
1 (tsp). Onion
1 (tbsp). Fresh parsley leaves 1 small garlic clove
1 (tbsp). Fresh basil leaves
2 (tsp). Red wine vinegar
1 (tsp). Honey
1 (tbsp). Lime juice
1/2 (tsp). Bragg’s seasoning or sea salt to taste dash of Tabasco sauce (optional)
